NAWABSHAH: The participants of 15th Tour-D Cycle Pakistan reached Moro from Sukkur on its eighth-leg Thursday morning.

The cycle race covered 160 kilometers from Sukkur to Moro. Imtiaz Hussain of Afghanistan was first to arrive at Moro.

He covered 160 kilometer area in 4 hours, 47 minutes and 55 sec. while Muhammad Sabir of Sui Gas stood second with coverage in 4 hours, 48 minutes and 5 sec. Zahid Gulfan clinched third position and arrived 20 seconds late from the top slot.

In all eight teams comprising 48 cyclists from Afghanistan, Sindh, Punjab, NWFP and Baluchistan provinces while cyclists of Railway, WAPDA and Army teams are also participating the race.

The cyclists when arrived at Moro were given warm welcome. They will stay at Shahpur Jahania and would commence 9th stage from Moro to Hyderabad today, Friday.
