ISLAMABADNULL of State for Law and Justice, Muhammad Afzal Sindhu Thursday expressed serious reservations on inclusion of Prime Minister’s wife name in the list of NRO beneficiaries, saying some elements were trying to defame Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP).

The NRO list is with me and I must say that the name of wife of Prime Minister is not part of the list, he said. He said; this is not fair and such negative moves would not bring improvement but cause tension.
 
He said a particular segment of society which had always unnecessarily criticised Shaheed leaders Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Benazir Bhutto are now involved in these negative acts and they are targeting a party which is a symbol of federation.

He clarified the media report and said the government is committed to freedom of media and it should avoid publishing such items which do not have any reality and truth.
