| Strike in Pulwama district in IHK Today Pakistan Times Jammu & Kashmir Desk SRINAGAR (IHK)NULL occupied Kashmir, complete strike marked with anti-India demonstrations will be observed tomorrow in Pulwama district in the fifth phase of district-wise protest against the occupation of Kashmiris’ private land by Indian troops, reports KMS. Call for the protest has been given by the illegally detained veteran Kashmiri Hurriyet leader Syed Ali Gilani. In a statement, he said that India was working on a plan to change the demographic composition of the occupied territory and the occupation troops had possessed thousands of acres of Kashmiris’ private land. The Chairman of All Parties Hurriyet Conference, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, while talking to Shiromani Akali Dal, President, Simranjit Singh Mann, said that the Kashmiri people would not rest till they secure their right to self-determination. After the meeting, the Sikh leader maintained that the Kashmiris liberation struggle was based on international laws of justice. The spokesman of Jamaat-e-Islami in the occupied territory demanded immediate release of all illegally detained Hurriyet leaders and activists. JKLF-R leaders and workers offered fateha for the Aali Kadal martyrs at Mazar-e-Shuhada in Srinagar, today. It was on this day in 1992 when the troops shot dead liberation leaders including Sheikh Abdul Hameed.
