| Shangla suicide attack toll reaches to 45 'Pakistan Times' Wire Service SHANGLA: The death toll of Shangla suicide attack has reached to 45 when two more injured succumbed to injuries in district headquarter hospital Syedo Sharif and Shangla. On Monday, a suicide bomber blew up himself near security forces check post in tehsil headquarter Alpuri in Shangla. Meanwhile, another report says that the injured people of Shangla suicide blast have been shifted to different hospitals in Peshawar. According to sources, the wounded persons were taken to Peshawar through Pakistan military helicopters where they were admitted to Lady Reading Hospital and Hayatabad Medical Complex. All the injured victims were said to be out of danger, sources added. Meanwhile, another report says that Police has arrested 5 persons in a raid on the office of the outlawed outfit Harkat-ul-Mujahideen (HUM) in Dera Ismail Khan (DIK). Security forces raided on the office of HUM situated at Western Circular Road, DIK arresting 5 persons and taking the office record into custody, a private news channel reported on Tuesday. The arrested activists have been moved to unidentified location. Security measures have been stepped up in the city A report frpm Khar says that security forces operation against militants continued in Bajaur Agency as fighter jets pounded militants’ positions in different areas of Tehsil Mamond. According to sources, several hideouts of militants destroyed during the jets bombing and causalities are feared. Meanwhile, forces advancing in various areas of Tehsil Mamond as curfew remained continued for fourth day in area. The locals and tribesmen demanded relaxation in curfew.
