Mirwaiz, Gilani, Ansari, Moosvi caged in house arrest
'Pakistan Times' Kashmir Desk

SRINAGAR (IHK): In occupied Kashmir, the Chairman of All Parties Hurriyet Conference Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and other Hurriyet leaders, Syed Ali Gilani, Maulana Abbas Ansari and Agha Syed Hassan Al-Moosvi were placed under house arrest by the occupation authorities Tuesday.

The Kashmiri leaders in India held-Kashmir have been detained to prevent them from visiting the families of two martyred youth in Baramulla town, reports KMS.

The youth were killed in Indian troops’ unprovoked firing on Saturday. Demonstrations, marked with complete shut down, continued in Baramulla and Sopore towns on Tuesday, where clashes between the troops and the protesters continued for the whole day.

According to the report, members of an APHC delegation were also arrested on their way to Baramulla from Srinagar.
