PESHAWAR: The Taliban
have formed a committee today to stop the smuggling of flour (Atta)
to Afghanistan from Pakistan.
The local Taliban of South Waziristan held a jirga at Bakakhel
in Bannu which deliberated on ways to contain the smuggling of
the commodity through Bannu to the neighboring country.
Afghanistan has also set up a committee to ban the smuggling
of Atta there.
The Taliban has setup a check post at Baran bridge to stop the
smuggling of flour into Afghanistan.
