Pakistan beat Bangladesh in Women’s Asia Cup Cricket

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan beat Bangladesh by 38 runs in a match of the Women’s Asia Cup Cricket Tournament, according to reports available here from Bangladesh.

Pakistani women made 110 all out in 44.4 overs after winning the toss and electing to bat with tailender Asmavia Iqbal top-scoring with 28.

Pakistani ladies then shot out their Bangladesh rivals for 72 in 33.1 overs.

For the Pakistani side, Jawaria Khan returned the remarkable bowling figures of six wickets for eight runs.

Urooj Mumtaz captured three wickets for 19 runs.●
