ECP appoints DROs, ROs, AROs for bye-elections

ISLAMABAD: Election Commission of Pakistan on Thursday appointed District Returning Officers, Returning Officers and Assistant Returning Officers for the purpose of holding bye-elections to fill the vacant seats in the Provincial Assemblies.

The announcement has been made under the provisions of Section 7 of the Representation of the People Act, 1976.

The constituencies on which bye-elections would be include PP-10 Rawalpindi-X, PP-48 Bhakakr-II, PP-59 Faisalabad-IX, PP-107 Hafizabad-III, PP-118 Mandi Bahauddin-III, PP-124 Silakot-IV, PP-229 Pakpattan-III, PP-70 Faisalabad-XX, PP-99 Gujranwala-IX, PP-141, Lahore-V, PP-154 Lahore-XVIII, PP-171 Nankana Sahib-II, PF-81, Swat-II, PF-92 Upper Dir-II.●
