KARACHI: ‘Club Caramel’, one of the most popular musical events of Lahore in 2007, is back this year and will be taking place in Karachi today, the 5th of April, 2008.

This has been sponsored by Wateen Telecom and will feature Caramel – The Band with Kiran Chaudhry and Adnan Sarwar, one of the leading live acts in Lahore.

Club Caramel is a unique event focusing on live performances, sound and light extravaganza, and a DJ/post-party, giving the feel of a dance club. The 2007 event proved to be very successful and was attended by several stars of the Pakistani media.

This year’s guest’s lists include major corporate guests, celebrities as well as fashion icons and will be one of the most energetic and lively events of the year. The show will consist of several western numbers such as Show Tunes, Disco/Pop, Dance, and Trance numbers.

Caramel will perform some of the biggest commercial hits of top western artists such as ABBA, The Beatles, Madonna, Lynard Skynard, Bee Gees, Kylie Minogue, Justin Timberlake, Michael Jackson, and many more.

The event has been organized by Oxygen Entertainment (Pvt) Limited and is a one of a kind event in the country. The concept has been derived from the increasingly popular clubbing scene in the country, and is an excellent celebration of spring season.
