Pakistan State Oil announces 60%

KARACHI: Pakistan State Oil
(PSO) has announced 60 percent cash dividend for six months ending on
December 31, 2007.
According to the PSO’s financial results for July to December 2007 issued by
Karachi Stock Exchange, the company posted a net profit of Rs5.48 billion
with Earning Per Share (EPS) of Rs32, reflecting 384 percent increase
compared to the corresponding period last year.
Meanwhile, Muslim Commercial Bank (MCB) announced Rs15.62 billion net profit
for the year ended December 31, 2007, registering an increase of 28.6
percent against previous year. Its EPS remained Rs24.30.
Kot Addu Power company announced half yearly dividend of Rs32.50 per share
for the six month ending December 31, 2007. Its EPS was recorded at Rs2.97.● |
