Extremists evacuate 5 Tehsils in Swat

SWAT: The extremists, who had claimed of taking control of five Tehsils of Swat, have evacuated the said Tehsils and have left the area after successful talks with local dignitaries.

Earlier, it was claimed that the extremists had taken control of Matta, Khawazakhel, Kabal and Charbagh tehsils and appointed officials.

They also seized police stations in Kalam and Madan areas and controlling the area.

Extremists had also reportedly taken the government vehicles in possession whereas they had established check posts in Imam Dehri, Chota Kalam, Shakar Darra, Pir Kalay, Barimpul and Charbagh areas.●
