Similarities in Blasts of Charsadda, Islamabad, Karachi: Sherpao

FAISALABAD: There are visible and identical similarities in suicide bomb blasts of Charsadda, Islamabad and Karachi and investigation in these cases was already in advance stages, said Interior Minister Aftab Ahmad Khan Sherpao.

He was talking to journalists after attending a marriage ceremony of Chaudhry Bilal Asghar Warraich, MPA in Gojra near here Sunday.

He said that investigation into suicide bomb blasts was a serious, lengthy and time-consuming process. “The government was handling these issues very tactfully”, he said.

Sherpao said that irresponsible comments and unnecessary statements regarding these blasts were delaying investigation and such statements must be avoided to finalize the investigation.●
