ISLAMABAD: President General Pervez Musharraf has expressed his deep sorrow and grief over the tragic crash of a TAM Airlines plane at Sao Paulo’s airport on Wednesday, which resulted in the loss of many precious lives.

In a message to President of Brazil, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, President Musharraf conveyed on the behalf of the government and people of Pakistan heartfelt condolences and sympathy over this tragedy.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with the families of those who lost their loved ones in this unfortunate incident”, the President said.●
