Ummah Needs More Unity: Imam-e-Kaaba

KARACHI: Imam-e-Kaaba, Abdul Rehman Al-Sadees has said that Sindh is a
historical land having the distinction of being Baab-ul-Islam.
It is the soil of Aulia, Saints and Sufis with whose efforts, Islam reached
all corners of the sub-continent.
"I will be specially delighted while visiting Sindh", Imam-e-Kaaba said in a
meeting with Sindh Chief Minister Dr Arbab Ghulam Rahim who met him in Muree.
The Chief Minister invited Imam-e-Kaaba to visit Karachi and interior of
Sindh which he accepted.
He said he will be most delighted to visit Sindh which he will undertake
during his next visit to Pakistan.
Imam-e-Kaaba said he was grieved on so many killings in Karachi on May 12
and said it is the conspiracy of those forces which do not want to see Islam
and Pakistan stronger.
Imam-e-Kaaba thanked President Pervez Musharraf, Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz
and President PML Ch Shujaat for the love, affection and hospitality
extended to him.
Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Ejaz ul Huq, Saudi Ambassador in
Pakistan and Director Haj were also present in the meeting.
Showing his great delight on Imam-e-Kaaba's visit to Pakistan, Dr Arbab
Ghulam Rahim paid glowing tributes to Khadim Harmain Sharifain and said we
are thankful to him that people of Pakistan had the opportunity of meeting
Imam-e-Kaaba and listening to his sermons.●
