All Are Equal in Eyes of British Law: Blair

LONDON (UK): British Prime Minister Tony Blair has said that all are equal in the eyes of the British law and if Imran Khan files suit against MQM chief Altaf Hussian, the justice will be done in the matter.

He stated this in an exclusive interview with Geo News.

“British law treats all on equal basis and one can challenge in the court the immigrant status or political asylum status given to any foreigner by the British government,” he said.

“Such matters are referred to the courts and they will issue the decree,” he added.

The British law is not used to give special support to any body and there is mechanism to take action against those involved in extremism or supporters of the extremism and fundamentalism.●
