Azlan Shah Hockey: Pakistan meet Argentina

LAHORE: Pakistan, in connection with the preparations for the Azlan Shah Hockey Tournament, will play a friendly match against Argentina today, Thursday.

Talking with a private TV news channel, team manager and chief coach Islahuddin said that the weather in Ipoh is hot but there would be no difficulty for the players to adjust with the conditions.

The national hockey team went through training in two sessions at Ipoh, Malaysia.

The Azlan Shah Hockey Tournament will begin with the match between Pakistan and hosts Malaysia on May 5. All the eight participating teams have arrived in Malaysia.●
