Three Hurt by Bomb Blast in NW Pakistan

PESHAWAR: A powerful blast of a time bomb at a local hotel left three persons seriously injured Monday night.

According to details, a time bomb planted in a motorcycle went off at 9:10 p.m. here at the front gate of Green Hotel in Saddar area.

A guard of the hotel, and two others was seriously injured and rushed to a local hospital.

Glass doors and windows of the hotel went smashed due to powerful blast.

A team of Karachi-based journalists was staying at the hotel; however, all of its members were safe. Police have initiated probe into the incident.●
