Pakistan Under-19 Squad for Tour to Australia

LAHORE: The Junior selection committee of Pakistan Cricket Board on Friday named 14-member under-19 team for the tour of Australia next month.

Ahmad Shahzad was named as captain while Imad Wasim will be his deputy, said a spokesman of the PCB here.

Besides naming the team, five reserve players were also named.

Following is the team: Ahmed Shehzad (captain), Imad Wasim (vice captain),Shan Masood, Umar Amin, Zeeshan Mushtaq, Ali Jawad,Taimur Ali,Mohammad Laeeq,Gulraiz Sadaf (wicketkeeper),

Mohammad Aamer,Mohammad Rameez,Rahatullah, Junaid Khan and Shahzaib Ahmad.

(Reserves), Jamal Anwar (keeper), Sharjeel Khan,Adil Amin, Junaid Malik and Kamran Hussain.

Three officials who will be accompanying the team are, Abdul Raquib (manager), Mohsin Sheikh (coach) and Faisal Hayat (physiotherapist).●
