Miscreants Killed in Pungab Police Encounter

BUREWALA: Three miscreants belonging from inter-district’s proclaimed terrorist group have been killed in police encounter on Wednesday.

According to District Police Officer, Vehari, Malik Tasdeeq Awan, the miscreants were shot dead by police when they entered in district Vehari’s police jurisdiction after plundering cash from a person in Pakpatan.

The dacoits also fired at Elite Force’s vehicle while escaping from Pakpatan.

Three dacoits namely Abrar, Ryasat Ali and one other whose identity is still unknown were killed, while eight others including four security officials and four passersby were injured during the shootout, he added.●
