Malaysian Business Women to Invest in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: The businesswomen of Malaysia are interested in investing in Pakistani garments, beauty saloons, food items and ladies fashion products.

This was stated by Board of Investment Director General, Arif Elahi while talking to a 20-member delegation of the Association of Bomi Putra Women Enterprise Network of Malaysia, a private television reported.

DG Investment told the delegation leader Umar Shah, that presently over 600 multi-national companies are doing business successfully in Pakistan.

They include 18 Malaysian companies and the trade between Pakistan and Malaysia is estimated at $777.430 million.●
