Sindh High Court summons AG, others in PTCL Privatization Case

KARACHI: The Sindh High Court Division Bench (SHC) has summoned Attorney General of Pakistan, Advocate General of Sindh and other concerned parties in PTCL privatization case.

The SHC bench comprised of Justice Mushir Alam and Justice Mrs Yasmeen Abbasi passed this order during hearing of the petition against the privatization of PTCL on Thursday.

An employee of PTCL, Hajji Khan has filed petition in the high court against the privatization of PTCL.●
