Five Die by road mishap in Azad Kashmir

MUZAFFARABAD: Four people were killed and other four wounded when a jeep plunged into a ravine at Mandal area near Muzaffarabad on Tuesday.

The vehicle was carrying construction material from Muzaffarabad to Bheeri, police said. The driver lost the control of the vehicle at Mandal, about 25 kilometers’ distance from Muzaffarabad, due to heavy load and plunged into a 200-ft deep gorge.

Driver Abdul Rahman, a child Bilal, 6, and two unidentified persons were killed in the incident.

Four injured were shifted to a hospital in Muzaffarabad.●
