Rain, snowfall likely in Balochistan, NWFP

ISLAMABAD: Meteorological Office on Wednesday forecast rain with snowfall for isolated of Northern Balochistan, Upper NWFP, Rawalpindi Division and Kashmir during next 24 hours.

Weather would remain partly cloudy with chances of rain in the federal capital, while rain and snowfall was expected in Northern Areas on Thursday.

Lowest temperature of -12 centigrade was recorded at Kalam on Wednesday.

Minimum temperature in some major cities was: Islamabad 00, Lahore 03, Karachi 13, Peshawar 01, Quetta -02, Gilgit -02 and Muzaffarabad 01.

Pollen count in Islamabad was 22 per cubic metre.●
