Lahore Test: Pakistan 265/4 at draw of stumps on the 2nd Day

LAHORE: Pakistan made 265/4 against West Indies on the second day of the first Cricket Test (Sunday) at Gaddafi Stadium here, which has given it a lead of 59 runs over the visitors West Indies’ 206 in their first inning.

Pakistan batsmen Mohammad Hafeez and Younis Khan resumed the home side’s first innings with previous day’s score of 39/1 this morning.

Pakistan lost the wicket of Younis Khan 11 of Fidel Edwards, but Mohammad Hafeez and Muhammad Yousuf stabilized the hosts’ position with a good partnership. Hafeez 57 was judged lbw off Taylor and skipper Inzamam soon after bowled by Muhammad on duck.

Mohammed Yusuf at 107 and Shoaib Malik at 61 were on the crease at the draw of stumps at 4.00 P. M. due to bad light.●
