Musharraf confers Awards on Police Officers

RAWALPINDI: President General Pervez Musharraf has conferred civil awards on four officials of Rawalpindi Police for their excellent work and solving many high profile cases.

Superintendent of Police City Sardar Maqsood, Deputy Superintended of Police Rana Shahid Pervaiz, and Deputy Superintended of Police Basharrat Mehmood have been bestowed upon Tamgha-i-Imtiaz and (late) Assistant Superintendent of Police, Suleman Ayaz, who achieved martyrdom during an encounter with criminals, is conferred on Tamgha-i-Shujjat.●
