Pakistan's Maritime Security foils bid of smuggling Narcotics

KARACHI: Maritime Security Agency (MSA) on Friday foiled a bid of smuggling liquor and narcotics on large scale by impounding a launch loaded with huge cache of contraband and arrested the crewmembers.

The action was taken while MSA ship was patrolling in deep sea, South of Karachi, in Pakistan’s territorial waters.

The impounded launch and seized cache of contraband as well as the held crew members will be brought to Karachi port on Saturday.●
