Metallic wire kills 10-years old girl in Lahore

LAHORE: A metallic wire killed a 10-years old minor here at Lahore on Sunday who was on her way on the motorbike with his father.

According to the sources, Sarfaraz, a resident of Mohammad Nagar area of Lahore, was on his way with his 10-years old daughter Aqsa when all of a sudden a metallic wire of kite cut the minor’s throat to half that killed her on the spot.

The incident infuriated the residents of the area who chanted anti-government slogans, demanding the authorities to take strict measures on the rules over the ban on kite flying.●
