NWFP assembly prorogued sine die

PESHAWAR: The NWFP Assembly Monday prorogued sine die after remained in session for 12 consecutive days.

MPA Nisar Gul, who was chairing the session due to leave of Speaker Bakht Jehan Khan, announced the prorogation order issued by NWFP Governor, Khalil-ur-Rehman.

During the current session, the assembly disposed off a number of adjournment motions, privilege motions and passed several resolutions.●
