KBCA Cautions public on housing projects in Karachi

KARACHI: Karachi Building Control Authority has cautioned the general public to remain vigilant about the KBCA NOC (No Objection Certificate) while purchasing any shop, flat or house.

In an official announcement, here Sunday, KBCA said the advertisement campaigns being screened on TV channels in Pakistan of housing projects do not include any information about KBCA approval for release of commercials and subsequent sale of shops, flats and houses.

The Warning

KBCA communiqué said that any transaction regarding such projects would render the buyer helpless as they would not be the party if some conflict/dispute arises between the builder and the KBCA.●
