Student mysteriously disappears from Banihal town in Jammu

JAMMU (Indian Held Kashmir): The frequent disappearances and arrests of youth by Indian army during the last couple of weeks has created both tension and fear in the minds of people in occupied Kashmir.

In a recent such incident a student, Sehran Ali Wani of Ramsoo village in Banihal, Doda district has mysteriously disappeared leaving his parents and the whole area in suspense. Sehran a student of BSC left his home on June 29 for a dental checkup in Banihal town and went missing.

His parents are certain he might have been definitely picked up by some Indian agency. Sehran's mother said when he didn't return we started a search in the nearly houses and among relatives but no clue was found even after sixth day of his disappearance.

A report has been lodged with the police but no clue about Sehran's location has been found so far, the parents said.●
