ISLAMABAD: A
three-member delegation will visit Malaysia from June 21-23,
to follow the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed for
export of Pakistani manpower to Malaysia.
Official sources told 'Pakistan Times' on Tuesday that
the delegation will be comprised of Director General Bureau of
Immigration Muhammad Ibrahim Khan, Managing Director Overseas
Employment Corporation Masud-ur-Rehman Masud and Chairman
Pakistan Overseas Employment Promoters Association (POEPA),
Raja Amir-ur-Rehman.
Objective
The Delegation will hold discussion with Malaysian officials
to remove the bottlenecks and to work out modalities for
export of manpower from the country, sources said.
They will talks with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry
of Labour, Immigration and Home Department of Malaysia and
meeting with respective employers and promoters will also held
during the visit, sources maintained.
