LONDON (UK): In Britain, the World Kashmir Freedom Movement will be holding an International Kashmir Peace Conference, entitled 'Peace Moves in Kashmir' at Birmingham on Sunday (6 June).

President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Sardar Mohammad Anwar Khan, will be the chief guest.

Kashmiri leaders from both sides of the Line of Control will participate. Besides others, Lord Nazir Ahmed, Mr Lars Rice MP, Norwegian Parliament; Ms Finkler Karin, adviser to US Congressman Joseph Pitts; Mr Roger Godsiff MP, Ms Liz Lynne MEP; Mr Bushhill Mathews, MEP; Mr Khalid Mahmood, MP, and Kashmiri leaders from North America, Europe and the Middle East are expected to speak at the conference.

On Saturday, 5th June 2004, the World Kashmir Freedom Movement will also be holding an intra-Kashmiri conference entitled 'Kashmir Round-Table'. Kashmiri leaders, including Azad Jammu and Kashmir President and Kashmiri leaders from both sides of the Line of Control will be participating in the Kashmir Round-Table conference.

The World Freedom Movement will hold a press conference in London tomorrow at which details about the conference will be spelled out. It will be addressed by World Kashmir Freedom Movement President, Dr. Ghulam Nabi Mir and Secretary General, Dr. Ghulam Nabi Fai.
