State Terrorism: 6 killed in Indian occupied Kashmir

SRINAGAR (Indian Held Kashmir): The Indian army in its latest operations of state terrorism martyred another six Kashmiri civilians at different places in occupied Kashmir.

Five Kashmiris were gunned down by Indian troops in a fake encounter at Bandipora in Baramulla district. An unidentified person was martyred by the troops in Gool area of district Udhampur. An Indian soldier Kalwant Singh was injured during the operation.

Meanwhile, a Special Police Officer was shot dead in Harun area of Srinagar. Dead body of one Mohammad Yousuf Khatana was recovered from jungle area of Shalimar in Srinagar's suburbs, while unidentified gunmen shot dead a youth Ashaq Ahmad Wani in Nowshera, in the summer capital.

In the continuing military operations against civilians the Indian troops destroyed residential house of Mohammad Afzal Mir in Bandipora with mortar fire. In other incidents several persons' have been arrested by army personnel from different places.

Four citizens including a shopkeeper have been taken into custody from Chowdora, in Budgam, Noauhatta, in Srinagar and Sogam, Lolab in Kupwara.On the other hand Police Task Force arrested Muzamil Ahmad Butt and Bashir Ahmad Baba during raids at Chawdora.

A shopkeeper was nabbed from his shop at Kadikadal, Nauhatta and one Manzoor Ahmad Pir was arrested by Police Task Force after a firing incident at Gungbog, Sogam in Lolab. People of the area held forceful demonstration against the arrest and demanded his immediate release.
