SRINAGAR
(Indian Held-Kashmir): In occupied Kashmir, four Indian troops
were killed and three including a Major were injured in an
ambush, in Surankot area of Poonch district. A Mujahid
(freedom-fighter) was also martyred in the shoot out.
Three persons, including a woman, were killed by unidentified
gunmen in Pulwama and Baramulla districts.
Six persons, including two troops, were injured in an
explosion at Kadar, in Shopian area. A frustrated soldier of
34-Rashtriya Rifles, Jagoo Ram, shot dead his two small
children in a military camp in Jammu.
Indian troops in their fresh acts of state terrorism martyred
two youth in Gool area of Udhampur district and another in
Kreeri area of Baramulla district.
Meanwhile, the troops, carried out violent crackdowns in
Banihal area of Doda and Surankot area of Poonch district.
Several houses were raided and inmates subjected to physical
violence.
