5 Killed, 30 injured in separate road accidents in H-Kashmir

JAMMU (Indian Held-Kashmir): At least four Indian Army personnel and a woman were killed and 30 others injured in separate road accidents in held-Kashmir.

An army vehicle carrying five Army personnel, went out of the driver's control, skidded off the road and fell into river Suran in Surankot area of Poonch district. The vehicle was damaged and three Army personnel were killed on the spot and two others injured. The injured have been hospitalised.

In another road accident, an army personnel was killed and 14 others received severe injuries when a truck carrying them turned turtle at Bhamara Dhar Road under the jurisdiction of Majalta Police Station. All were rushed to Military Hospital Samba where one of them succumbed to his injuries. The dead troop has been identified as Biman Rai. The condition of injured personnel was stated to be critical.

In yet another accident, an unidentified women was killed and two others were injured when a vehicle turned turtle at Bhore Camp. All were rushed to Government Medical College Hospital where the unidentified woman was declared brought dead. All injured have been hospitalised and their condition was stated to be out of danger.
